CLI Reference

The Gerty CLI gives consultants and power users direct access to every org they manage. One binary. All commands accept --org <name-or-id> to target any client without switching context.

Install

Auth

Register and receive an activation link
Authenticate via magic link — no password
Set the default org context for all commands

Orgs

List all orgs. --stats shows completion rates
Full org snapshot: employees, tasks, billing
Create and fully onboard a new org — safety manual + first email fires automatically
Delete an org permanently

Employees

List all employees in the current org
Add a single employee and assign a tag. --manager flags them for inspection checklists and escalation notices
Archive an employee — stops all delivery

Tags

List all tags in the current org
Create a new tag

Content delivery

These commands trigger the same workflows that run on schedule — useful for on-demand delivery or testing.

Email commands

Reply-by-email interface

Admins can reply to any Gerty email with these commands. Works with or without a leading slash. If the intent isn't a recognized command, Gerty classifies it and either acts on it or asks one clarifying question.
